Build: Legs and Arms DONE! (MG Aegis)

To tell you honestly, I have finished the sideskirts too, but opted to post it later this week or early next week. I’m halfway of finishing the entire build (I think) so yeah.

Anyway here are the links, enjoy!

Part 2: Build

I’m planning to revamp some of the old reviews, depending on my mood. I will fix them according to my new format. Of course, some pages will stay the same.

MG 1/100 Justice Conversion WIP (Part 1)

This is going to be my first and official post for my very ambitious project, the conversion of Justice into MG. At first, I’ve thought of using MG IJ as the main catalyst. However, I find it very difficult. If only I’m very good, considering that this is my first, then I should not make myself think too hard.

NG 1/100 Justice WIP Part 1

Well, it’s been a while since my last review. It took me almost a month before another. I’ve been busy watching animes and doing my conversion for MG Justice.

MG 1/100 Justice conversion (WIP)

It’s been a while since I updated this, that’s why I decided that it’s time to do so.

There’s this dumb thing I’ve done. You remember the front skirt I was doing? Well, I don’t know whether this is a fortunate or an unfortunate one, but the front skirt from NG Justice fits just right in IJ’s. Damn, I could’ve save a lot of time if I haven’t did the front skirt

I’ve scratch built the wing part, however, I have some doubts whether to use the original or just continue on what I started. I have a minor issue bout that, but isn’t really my focus right now. My focus is the waist unit. Next is the chest. Followed by the legs and feet, then the head and finally the bagpack. I’m not that worried about the waist unit. I’m confident that I will be able to finish it by this week, given that my package comes.

The greatest challenges for me, so far, is the bagpack and the legs. Maybe the bagpack isn’t that much since I’ll be using the same bagpack and will just extend the wings, but I’m planning to use the attachment of IJ’s bagpack to connect with it since it has the ability to hold it still. The legs is just, argh! So many things to do and probably gonna annoy me.

So far, I can only put the my updates into words. I’ll take a pic by tomorrow and will make sure to document the whole thing since this is my first.

MG 1/100 Gundam Epyon WIP (Part 2)

Fun build is fun build except for its whip. I’ll get it on during its review. But so far, I have no other major complaints. It looks good, not out of proportion unlike what it seems when the prototype got released.

1. Backheavy – obviously it is. Though not as bad as IJ’s and Red Fram Kai’s.

2. Whip – seamlines on each piece T_T

Well, that is all for now. Review might be up this Sunday and I really hope I can finish it that day 🙂

MG 1/100 Gundam Epyon WIP (Part 1)

I really wanted to finish this kit as soon as I got this. However, it didn’t happen because of multiple reasons. Good thing though, I had some time last week and I was able to finish the kit, straight built, in just two whole days.

Yes, I already finished this kit, but for presentation purposes, I will split the WIP into two since this post should be released that day and not today. Only if my connection back then is as decent as today, then that would’ve happened.

HG 1/144 Reborns Gundam WIP (Part 2)

Well, this kit was made in 3 days, which should be normally finished within a day. Oh well, at least I’ve finished it on time

HG 1/144 Reborns Gundam WIP (Part 1)

I have so many things in my WIP and even more in my backlogs. But here I am, doing again, yet another kit.

But no worries, I’m not going to topcoat it just yet nor will seal any seamline. My aim is just to straightly build it for fun and to kill sometime.

A you can see, I’ve finished doing the torso, arms, shoulders and the head. So far, my nitpicks are:

1. Seamlines – it’s everywhere. You might be wondering on why I’m such a hater of seamlines, specially that you really can’t expect much from an HG 1/144 kit. Well, my first 3 00 kits are in the Exia line (1/100 Astrea type-f2, MG Exia (trans-am) and HG Qan[T]). Those kits only have minimal seamline. That’s why I expected that ALL 00 kits won’t have much seamlines. I guess was wrong.

2. Yellow stickers – not really an eye sore, but it’s something  that can be done y’know.

3. Clear pieces – should be in proper color right?

Even though I’ve got small nitpicks, this kit still looks great. Everything fits well, design’s great and no major complaints…SO FAR

MG 1/100 Justice conversion (WIP)

Hi, everyone and welcome to my first ever attempt in converting a kit to another. I don’t know how is it called so for the sake of calling it something, let’s call it “conversion” shall we? Anyway, I’ve considered the following when I decided to make this kit:
